N ell'ipotesi che il sistema lineare $\dot{x} = A (t)x + B(t)u$ sia completamente controllabile, l'Autore riprende le sue ricerche sul sistema perturbato $\dot{x} = A (t)x + B(t)u + f(t,u)$ dove $u$ soddisfa ad un'equazione integrale e dà condizioni utili per eliminare alcuna difficoltà connesse al suo problema.
