Sunto

Following compounds have been prepared: ZrInNi₂, HfInNi₂, TiInCu₂, HfInCu₂, ZrAlAu₂, TiAlPd₂, ZrAlPd₂, HfAlPd₂, TiInPd₂, ZrInPd₂ and HfInPd₂. They were found to be of the CsCl or of the AlCu₂Mn types. Geometrical characteristics of all known CsCl and AlCu₂Mn type ternary compounds are summarised and briefly discussed.
