With the purpose of demonstrating the possibility of asymmetric stress in an electrical conductive elastic body, in vibratory motion under the action of a magnetic field, in this first paper we establish the equations of the motion on the admission that any cause engender on the volume elements of the body rotative couples, which are dependent on the strains and on the rotation, and which determine asymmetric stress. These stresses derive from an elastic potential, which in general is a homogeneous quadratic function of the six elements of the deformation and of the elements of the rotation.
