A crystallographic-structural study of cobalt diethyldithiocarbamate has been carried out. The crystals belong to the prismatic class of monoclinic system, 1.3718 : 1 : 1.6575 with $\beta$ = 110° 1'. The space group is C2/c. The parameters are a = 14.10 Å, b = 10.26 Å, c = 17.02 Å, $\beta$ = 110° 8' and there are four molecules in the unit cell. The crystal structure is described.
